Absolutely incredible experience from the moment you walk in the door. This team curates a special tasting menu with optional wine pairing and it’s obvious that the entire team shares a passion for their roles. The food was delicious and thoughtful. The chefs choices demonstrate an appreciation of the natural resources of Ibiza. The dishes promote awareness for sustainability and consciousness in a delicious and exciting way. I highly recommend this experience if you're in ibiza.
For an 1-star Michelin restaurant I definitely expect more. The service was excellent. Very polite and tried their best. However the food was unfortunately a disappointment. Nothing special, rather below the average. Used a lot of basic ingredients which were way to dominant. E.g simple Rice chip with mayonnaise is not Michelin like. Price quality is not fair!
Absolutely delicious! This review is far overdue!! We ate here a year ago and now that we are back in Ibiza on vacation, I realize a review is necessary! This restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. Probably the most creative restaurant in Ibiza. Oscar Molina conjures up a menu that makes even the most discerning palate happy. The wine pairing of local wines is also exciting and definitely preferable to the usual suspects. The service is great, only the ambience (very bright and slightly sterile) doesn't match.
