We ate on the terrace on a hot day in August, the pizzas looked excellent but we had eaten one just a couple of days before so decided on the plat du jour which was filet de mignon de porc with a mushroom sauce, chips and salad. It was good, perhaps my pork was a little overlooked as it was thinner than my husband's, but the sauce and chips were delicious. We decided to have a dessert which was a mistake, it was a sundae dish of ice cream, a couple of small pieces of pear and lots of Chantilly cream, overpriced at 7 euros. The Grimbergen beer was delicious, just the thing on a hot day and the carafe of red wine was also good. The service was good considering it was a busy restaurant.
We stopped in for lunch after the cave tour... Lovely food. I personally had the Assiette la Gariotte (pardon my spelling! ... GORGEOUS, huge, fresh salad with a little bit of smoked duck breast, some local goat cheese, and I forget what else.... Absolutely delicious. The children enjoyed playing on the little playground while the adults enjoyed chilled wine and good beer. Overall, excellent. (Americans, plan for slow service there is definitely something that we do not get about how this works in France. Just roll with it.
We had a good time. the environment around the restaurant is very pleasant. We enjoyed the gentleman who took care of us, he was very good. the dishes were served pretty fast, which is very pleasant for children who do not wait long! We had salads, they were great! Nothing to say! the desserts offered were made by a pastry shop, and there too, it was delicious! Finally, there is a small playground for children, perfect! If we come back to the region, we'll be back!
Establishment that we have known for many years. Always a pleasant welcome in a friendly setting. The pizzas are always excellent if you like a thin and crispy dough! Also very nice salads with local products. All at very low prices. A pleasant moment of relaxation and tasting. Do not hesitate if you are looking for very good value for money in a pleasant, unpretentious establishment. Service: Dine in

a nice surprise for this little restaurant without pretention, a very nice welcome, and a very tender beef skewer! a flat however: the dessert crêpe was cold. Thank you to the team that's getting away with everybody!

Service génial, le concept du beeper pour aller chercher son plat est super sympa. Très sympa pour dépanner, nous cherchions un endroit où manger, nous sommes très bien tombés
Le service comme la cuisine est généreuse et savoureuse. Petite carte pour du 100% fait maison. Très très bon. Nous recommandons.
