You can expect authentic Peruvian cuisine at this charming restaurant. Every dish, served with your choice of rice or fries, is absolutely delicious, and the mojito is expertly crafted to enhance your meal. Although the bar is small, it is well stocked. To start off, they present a small bowl of Cancha (toasted corn nuts) that's perfectly salted while you explore the extensive menu of meats and seafood. I've dined here a dozen times and have yet to find a dish that isn't exceptional, whether it’s the fried steak with onions, the chicken Saltado, or any of the seafood options. They also provide a lovely selection of desserts. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, contributing to the overal...

Not as I expected... As a Peruvian, I found it disappointing. The restaurant was empty for a Sunday at 1:30, which was a bit concerning. None of the waitresses were wearing face masks. Regarding the food, the papa a la huancaína and arroz chaufa were decent. However, the wantan frito was almost burnt and contained very little filling. The leche de tigre was as salty as the ocean and looked odd, with some white substance blended on top and clear water at the bottom. I’m not sure what that was; I’ll try to add a picture. The bistec from the bistec a lo pobre was tough and overcooked, and the wing from my pollo a la brasa was burnt to the point that I couldn't even take a bite. I won’t be retur...
My family and I purchased some desserts from this place, and we were very disappointed. The gelatin had mold on it, the rice pudding had an awful smell, and we didn’t realize until we got home that the desserts were essentially expired. They refunded us for all the returned desserts, but it made me wonder—how long did that gelatin sit around for mold to grow? If this is how they manage the food served to customers, I can’t even imagine how they handle food in the kitchen.
My family and I bought desserts from this place. Their gelatin had fungus, the rice pudding smelled terrible and we didn?t realized their desserts were pretty much expired until we arrived home. They reimburse all the desserts we returned but made methink? for a gelatin to grow fungus? how long was there for? And if this is how they handled food that is in front of customers,I don?t even want to imagine how they handle food in the kitchen. Reserva una mesa ahora
Stick to the simpler dishes and avoid the seafood. The mussels in the entrée were the same ones you'd find at a Chinese buffet, and the calamari was tough and impossible to eat. The breaded chicken was also not good, but the ceviche was excellent. Overall, it's best to steer clear of the seafood and focus on the basics.
Terrible experience! The restaurant was infested with baby rats, so you can only imagine what else is lurking around. Our server said she would get the manager, but we waited and the manager never showed up. The place was empty when we arrived, and now we understand why.
My friends and I visit this restaurant at least every two weeks. Everyone usually orders different dishes, and they always seem to enjoy them. Personally, I come here for the Lomo Saltado—it's my favorite!
The food is excellent! This was my second or third visit, and the staff were very friendly. I especially enjoy the back patio in the summer. I can't wait to come back again soon! Reserva una mesa ahora
The food was disappointing. It was very dry, lacked flavor, and I felt like I was overcharged for what I received. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
