My family usually gets good from this place every Friday and despite that more often than not their tres leches is expired and they still send it with our order, we were loyal customers up until today. One of my family members called to place an order like any other day and was kind to the woman who answered the phone at the Ossining location. Upon informing the lady that they owed us a tres leches from the last time they sent a spoiled one the manager in charge said they would send it next time we ordered) the woman on the phone became very aggressive and rude for ABSOLUTELY no reason. She had no manners and incredibly poor customer service. It’s Safe to say we will not be ordering food her...

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and it definitely lived up to my expectations! I highly recommend the Lomo Saltado, which is a standout dish on the menu, but the chicken soup is also incredible. I'm convinced that if hospitals had served enough of it during 2020, the pandemic could have been over in just a week! One thing to note: if your Spanish isn't great or if you don't speak it at all, you might struggle a bit since no one on the staff spoke English when I called. But don't let that deter you—it's absolutely worth the effort!

Their customer service is terrible. I got a spoiled dessert a few days ago I called back to complain. This is the second time it happens. They refuse to refund my money instead they promise to give one for “free” next time since I paid already for it. I called to place an order today and requested my free dessert they said there is no record of it. And on top of all they yelled at me. Not buying anymore from them. Customers should be treated with respect. They should train their employees better.

I placed an order well in advance for pickup at 1:00 PM and specifically requested no crab in my dish. When I arrived at 12:50 PM, I discovered that my order had been forgotten. I repeated my request to exclude crab, but I don't think they understood me since none of the staff spoke English. While I understand that their main clientele speaks Spanish, they should have someone available who has a basic grasp of English for other customers. Unfortunately, my dish ended up containing crab. Health inspectors should conduct random checks because there's a 50% chance you'll encounter spoiled or cold food here. I've given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt a few times, but honestly, you won't be satisfied. Today's experience included cold, dry fries and soup that already had lemon in it, suggesting it might have been mixed from a previous customer. Stay safe!

They've gone downhill. The chaufa con camarones was greasy with poor quality rice. The Jaleah Familiar had no shrimp and was swimming in grease and my favorite ceviche was rubbery squid and was warm. I used to love this place. Terrible now.

Tamal was horrible, chicharrón is NOT chicharrón!! Sweet potatoes were hard. And finally alfajores were salty instead of sweet. I'm Peruvian and this is a bad representation of our food. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place will ignore you if you don't speak Spanish. They will make you wait longer and give you **** for your money.

Ceviche is not good, and don’t try the leche the Tigre. The fried food is good.
