La Goulue Palm Beach

Spectacular food. We have dined at La Goulue in PB since its arrival. Always has been very good to excellent. But this time the meal was truly outstanding. My wife had one of the evening specials a fantastic mushroom risotto that was rich and tasty. I had the “usual” salmon which was anything but usual — great eating, with its fresh string beans and marvelous sauce. It will be a challenge to do better on our next visit

Wonderful waiter, Jose, gm Xavier came by table to be sure all was right. My wife did not like her first dish because it was raw. No problem, they replaced it with a second dish. We asked for custom cocktails which Jose made sure were made perfectly. Amazing customer service. If you are looking for only-the-best come to La Goulue.
