We were greeted nicely and sat down for aperitif and the menu....firstly, there was no menu of the day which is the first time I've ever seen this in France or Italy over the lunch hour. Second, the entrees begin at €15 with the plats at €25 which is just insane for lunch. Besides these things the menu was VERY small (about 10 items including the enter and plats) so not a lot to choose from. We had shared the fish tartare which honestly tasted like nothing...maybe a little bit off dill but very little and we each had about 3 bites leaving almost the entire entree for the waitress to take away. We were attracted to this restaurant by the decor of the building (art nouveau). The menu looked very promising so we booked a table. The inside decor surpassed the outside. Everything matched up to the period with various mirrors and objects d'art. Even the chairs were beautifully appropriate. The owners had resisted the temptation to crowd in too many tables and there was plenty of space. We were welcomed on arrival by who I assume was the owner. Very good couscous, generous quantities, meat is of quality. The decor is nice, the prices are more than reasonable (13€ for a couscous merguez) and the service is pleasant. Unfortunately I remove a star because no staff member wears a mask, the family/living atmosphere does not justify this lack of protection. However, it remains a very good restaurant that I would recommend without hesitation!
To flee absolutely, food far from being fresh, I caught a food poisoning, very expensive for what it is and the boss is disrespectful, mask to the drip under the nose, not clean on him, I strongly advise.

A first for us in this restaurant, but an excellent cuisine by the freshness of food as well as its presentation and service worthy of the great gourmet restaurants. We'll be back.
