Then!!! I dreamed of finally being able to find a pastry worthy of the name. Difficult these days with all these prefabricated, frozen and industrial pastries Dr factories resold in bakeries But... what a nice surprise!! The bread, the pastries, the chocolate nun, my guilty pleasure, a marvel. But the icing on the cake is the Christmas/New Year logs, I had never really found one to my liking until tasting theirs. I was able to taste the gourmet pear and the berry lesson in a log, a delight in its purest form, an extremely light mousse that makes you want it again and again.
