Terrible service from the manager… We were offered an opportunity to pay separately with your friend group of 24 persons, but as we started to count the checks together, it didn’t add up. The manager wouldn’t show us the receipts and claimed ”they were his”...and prohibited us from seeing them. We ended up paying extra 40€. In addition, we were charged for desserts that we didn’t even receive. When we tried to bring this up with the manager, he replied ”I don’t have time to listen to this”, ”you are crazy”, ”I gonna fight you outside”… I would definitely not recommend this place, as the management is scary and tries to take advantage of big client groups. super experience with hugo our server at the restaurant la kouisena. typical savoie decoration, a warm welcome at the corner of the fireplace. excellent dishes (for us: cheese fondue, tartiflette and homemade child menu. for dessert an exceptional tatin pie that is worth waiting for the mins on the map) very good advice of hugo on the dishes to choose. Food was good, but the experience was unfortunately tainted by inpatient, surly and dismissive staff. With a serious nut allergy in the group, we needed to ask some crucial questions, which were met with a terse and unsympathetic response. we always book here when skiing. you will find them answer quickly about bookings, the service is on fast and friendly. we are a party of 13 mix of children and adults. choose good menu for all of us and cheap. once twice. start and once at the end of the holiday. good food.

The fondue is very good but the carcuterie billed per person is clearly not artisanal but industrial. Too bad.
