Don’t eat here.The employee in the drive thru was nasty to us.I tried ordering the 16 wings with fries which is on their menu,he told me in his computer it’s not listed.I was told I can’t purchase 16 wings all together &that I have to make two separate orders for 8 wings twice because they didn’t change outside menu.I ended up paying more never again,wings were burnt and not worth it.I can’t believe 16 wings was on their menu clear as day and they wouldn’t let me purchase if I didn’t buy two 8 pieces

This place sucks I ordered 1/4 chicken meal white meat they gave me dark meat told me I didn't order white meat so obviously was miscommunication. Then I ask if I could buy another piece because she wouldn't take care of the issue at hand. Wanted to charge me 8 dollars for one piece. My piece I had was a chicken on crack what ever happened to customer service this place sucks.

My first time at this location, they had 2 tables occupied, we placed the order but they were out of some of the items we wanted. It didn't take long to get the food the beans were burnt but they replaced them, everything else tasted the same, portions are equally big. Is a small venue and it felt better because service was faster.

i used to work there and there was roaches in the kitchen and counter, the kitchen staff doesn’t wear a hairnet. they disregard minor labor laws. the boss is money hungry and tries to cut cost to save money. save your money and ur better off getting kfc or pollo tropical
