La Grappa - Reserva de mesa

I was looking forward to this restaurant as I had heard a lot about it. After we were seated, hour to get water, hour to get the wine we ordered, and hours to get through the main course. I couldn’t...take it any more so I left before dessert coffee. No-one speaks Italian which is the first Italian restaurant in the area as such. The food was ok, not great. Plenty of better places the choose from in the region.

As you can see, the largest number of reviews are in German, which speaks well for the place. Our friends took my wife and me there one evening for pizza, and ours was excellent. We also enjoyed the wine chosen by our hosts. To finish...the meal I had an intensely lemon-flavored dessert which was wonderful. Everyone else from the party of six was pleased with their meals. We would return in a heartbeat.

We found this by accident as everything else close by shuts on Monday but what a find. The staff were all lovely, the beer. Fantastic and the meal was the best and well priced. I would recommend.

Was a good meal with lots of help as menu all in German but managed to get all the food and beer required thanks for help with menu and my poor German

The decor and atmosphere are really nice, it's a suitable place for a special occasion. The pizza was superb.
