La Grosse Bouteille has a very relaxing vibe in a very nice location. I was there for dinner and I must say that food and wine quality is average and over priced. It was a very disappointing experience, the place has everything to be one of the best wine bars in Reims judging by it’s look and the location. Customer service need a massively improvement. They are very focussed on up selling, up selling and up selling instead of listening to their customers. We were prepared to explore the different wines in the house, but after an hour there we couldn’t bother, so we decided to explore somewhere else. We came across this restaurant by chance and we like it so much we went the next day for lunch. Really good champagne list by the glass and bottle and really interesting wine list. Both times we had the charcuterie and truffle gouda cheese accompanied by fantastic frites. Very friendly and helpful staff and very welcoming of us and our dog. Both days allowed us just to relax and take our time over lunch. I can highly recommend.
Unavoidable establishment of the town hall/district of Bolingrin. Fresh and regional products prepared with simplicity and originality in a relaxed and very warm atmosphere. The concept of French tapas is great, the new menus of the irresistible noon and the magnificent setting! A special mention to the wine menu, the beer of the book and the service at the top!
