La Hacienda - Reservar una mesa

We walked in at 5:25 pm and the place was empty. The place was clean and music was nice. The cashier greeted us promptly and helped us with questions about menu items. We placed our order by 5:30 pm and was told that it would be 15 to 20 minutes. That seemed reasonable, so we decided to wait. 5 groups of people came to pick up food and left during this time. At 6:10 pm I asked the waitress how much longer for our food and she said another 8 to 10 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and they finally gave us our food and drinks.
