La Hacienda Del Sazon

As always, we risk visiting new restaurants that have mixed reviews, but we found this restaurant to be enjoyable and the food was very tasty! Our server was kind and attentive and our food arrived promptly. We started with a bowl of corn chips and three dipping sauces, refried beans, green salsa and a red salsa, very nice and not too spicy or salty! Our main entrees were a combo plate of chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, and a combo of veggie fajitas with rice and beans. The vegetables were very different from other Mexican stir fried vegetables , they were flavored with a hint of cinnamon, delicious! The restaurant was clean and colorful, we were glad that we paid them a visit! We also were treated to a lovely dessert at the end of our meal, a fried tortilla chip with honey and cinnamon and a dollop of whipped cream, excellent! What this place lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in flavor. Best sopitos I've ever had. Excellent carnitas and guacamole. The salsa verde was a bit watery and lacked intensity, but the salsa ranchera was decent. Staff were friendly if a bit overwhelmed as it was very busy. Reasonable prices. Very good service with the waitresses, very good and friendly people, the only bad thing is the cook is already very old and gets angry with the customers and mistreats them, they should retire him or replace him, maybe he is tired of his job and needs a break, Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We ordered ceviche tostadas, chili con carne, enchiladas with cheese, and shrimp cocktail, cantaritos and everything was delicious!!! Very good flavor and seasoning. 100% recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
