It was a rainy old day in October when the four of us (adults set out for La Halle in Fons. It is a small restaurant with plenty of space as they haven't crammed the tables in. We had to make a reservation as the...restaurant was full (although not crammed with people! . There was a roaring log fire in the corner which added to the ambiance and snugness of it all. The food was fantastic, each if the four courses was simple but delicious. The service was wonderful and we whiled away three or four hours while the rain lashed down outside. We were amazed by the price of the meal just 12 euros each including wine and as much bread (we probably ate to much! as we could eat. We left happily satiat...
I checked this restaurant last year when we arrived without booking, but were accommodated in the foyer! we have often returned this year and eat in the actual restaurant, with or without booking, merci beaucoup fabienne! ... and the dogs. are also beautiful, all game of entangles fans should visit the dirtywolf spirited.
we have booked in advance after we have visited a restaurant sign of the city in direction la halle! 25 euro for a delicious 3-course menu with beautiful service served in a very picturesque small room. no tourist, the city is a must to see we would. very recommend to enjoy a meal there.
Always as well. I've been visiting this restaurant for many years while I've been in the area. Friendly welcome, beautiful wine map and always excellent dishes. You can't wait to turn the door off. A tip: call before coming because it's often complete (25 people max)

located in a small village, this restaurant offers a full week menu (soupe, entry, dish, cheese and dessert) well cooked and very good for a really reasonable price. We will certainly come back to discover the gourmet menu. recommended without hesitation.
