La Laguna

Reservamos Hotel La Laguna Spa y Golf para nuestro último día en España antes de regresar a Noruega fría. Reservamos este hotel por la única razón por la que tenía una piscina increíble. Fuimos fuera de Alicante para llegar a este hotel y llegamos a las 20:30 de la noche. Es justo que no podamos acceder a la piscina tan tarde por la noche. Sin embargo el día siguiente la piscina no abrió antes de las 11:00 en punto. ¿Puedes imaginarlo? Cuando la piscina es uno de los principales atributos de este hotel. Fui a la piscina antes de las 9 en punto para tomar las últimas horas de sol feliz y bañarme en la piscina. Me encontró un tipo que limpiaba la piscina diciéndome que me electrocutaba la máquina limpiando el agua. Mi novio y yo aceptamos que sólo tendríamos 20 minutos en la piscina justo antes de salir al aeropuerto si entramos precisamente a las 11 en punto. Eso no sucedió. A las 11:10 le preguntamos al recepcionista si podría encontrar al tipo que podría detener la máquina de limpieza de la piscina. Mi novio y yo tuvimos 5 minutos de tiempo de piscina antes de que nos fuéramos al aeropuerto. Si quieres estar en la zona estoy seguro de que es un gran hotel con un personal amable pero si estás planeando llegar a tomar el sol mientras disfrutas de la piscina escogería algo más por completo.

This spa has the worst client service that I ever had in my life. I got a gift certificate for the Spa for my 50th birthday. My sister (who lives in Torrevieja) was also there and I decided to get her another certificate so we could have a special day together. I did not have the paper certificate with me but I had a picture and receipt. They did not validate my certificate saying that they needed the paper one , they could see that we paid for it and still did not honor it. It was very upsetting because we spent money and could not use the service. We tried to speak with the manager of the hotel and she told us that the Spa had nothing to do with them. Very disappointed, we will never be back there! They also never refund us for the services and were extremely rude.

Mi amigo vine por un fin de semana para desconectar y relajarme. Reservamos el paquete completo y no fue nada menos que asombroso. La piscina es amplia con un montón de lugares para colgar y relajarse. El barman en el bar de la piscina era muy amable e incluso nos dio algunas recomendaciones sobre dónde ir por la noche. Cuando fuimos a cenar, fue espectacular y el servicio fue inmaculado. También pasamos algún tiempo en el spa y reservé un masaje de tejido profundo. María José fue increíble, recomiendo reservar un masaje de tejido profundo con ella. En general fue una experiencia increíble y definitivamente volvería.

Having stayed previously, I am fully aware as to the spa facilities. I booked a massage for my mother , it was her birthday. We arrive and not one of the female staff warmly greeted us nothing! The only male staff member smiled and interacted with us. Today’s welcome was nothing shy of unprofessional and unworthy representation of this hotel. Etiquette training is NEEDED! I waited for my Mother and not one smile, or are you ok? Or can we get you something. Poor!!

Went to the spa and had a 50min relaxing massage. It was perfect, very professionally made. I also enjoyed the calm athmosphere and the spa's staff are very kind. Thank you La Laguna Spa
