I had not come to the dairy for a few years, I had kept a nice souvenir ... our choice was on the 4-course menu, a stuffed zucchini flower, a lobster, a pigeon .... but, hey the pigeon was not in the plate! He was cold in his blood bath, this is the cooking of our pigeon!! We sent our plates back, a well-nucked waitress came to tell us that it was that way to taste it! our plates have returned, as in a low-end brewery, the ingredients vaguely reformed, the discomfort of the chef expressing himself without creativity and without listening to the customer's request ... cooking = idem! The meal was good. We agreed. It's a little expensive, compared to another 1 star restaurant I visited, and I found that there was a little originality in the dishes and desserts. He missed the wouaou effect. (but it was good and well cooked anyway)!The wines, on the other hand, were very well chosen and beautiful. Congratulations!The waiter was friendly. Small couac, however: despite the fact that I reported an allergy to shells by email before coming, and that I recalled my allergy on site, I was served a dish based on hulls. In summary, I do not regret to have gone there, and I can advise this restaurant, but the price remains a little expensive compared to other gastronomic experiences.

We were excited about this place. We 've been to many Michelin star restaurants and several of San Pellegrino best 50 in the world. We liked it but not loved it. The ambiance is nice, service OK, the wine and drink menu is excellent (great wines at reasonable prices and amazing cognac). The food was very good, but it did not know my socks off . The taste of everything was nice but nothing blew my mind. Overall the price/food ratio for a lunch was good. But if this is your first Michelin star place, give a try to some other one before giving up in spending money on that kind of food.

a very good time for a business meal at the guest table set in the kitchen. an excellent initiative that allows raising funds for the benefit of associations. lunch break requires, we have chosen a three-course menu with a met-vins agreement. Very good products, a kitchen that pays tribute to the tastes of food. fragrant vegetables like I haven't eaten for a long time, nothing was saturated in sauces, spices or condiments. The chocolate dessert was absolutely perfect, neither too strong, nor too sweet.

a very good gastronomy where you feel good. dishes are a feast for the eyes before being tasted. surprises and small attentions will be offered to you. A very good memory of our 40 years of marriage in mind. Thank you.

Very nice place. Many good things (appetisers, veal main course, service, etc) but the stand out was the cauliflower/oyster/caviar and the burgundy wine list. We will definitely go back next time in Lille.
