Regarding the pappardelle, it appears that, based on photos shared by others, it was previously served in a watery tomato sauce but has since transitioned to a red/pink cream sauce, which I actually prefer. However, I would suggest placing the ricotta in the oven for 30 seconds, as I didn’t enjoy the contrast of cold ricotta on top of hot pasta.
As for the Carbonara, it seemed to use a sauce reminiscent of Alfredo, though I could be mistaken. This place was amazing! We started with the calamari that was so fresh. Not fishy or chewy. It was soooo tender and the sauce was awesome. Then we had the Bass and Shrimp special. The shrimp were so perfect. Not over cooked. Best shrimp I've ever had. The Bass was cooked to perfection. The Chicken franchese was absolutely amazing. I would order it every time. The food was surprisingly awesome! This was a recommendation from a friend and so we put it in the GPS and in the way we thought we entered the wrong address because it is located in an odd area. But we got there at 3:30 on a Sunday and there were lots of people already. The food was really amazing and we'll executed. The margarita pizza was so tasty (their sauce is really superb). Then we also got a fig prosciutto pizza that had some fresh burrata on it. As for the beer, they have some good beers, but it's not that they have a long list of craft beers from random breweries in the area. But they do have an option to drink from a boot!
We came in and saw no one else waiting. Beautiful restaurant. First time. It was for a table of 3, one of which is my daughter. We were told there were no tables and no list for waiting. I have never been to a restaurant especially locally that didn’t offer a wait time or an option to wait. We were told only the bar area was open. There was no private event. I am not sure how to feel about this. It was strange and just not anything I have experienced before in a restaurant. I thought this was family friendly. Not sure why we got turned away that’s what it felt like, unwelcoming.

I visited this restaurant for the first time on Valentine's Day, and I must say, the food we ordered was quite good. Since we didn’t have a reservation, we sat at the bar. The prices for our meals were reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to return.
I had dinner with a friend tonight, and it was my first time at this restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious! We started with Caesar salad and calamari, and I had the cavatelli with duck. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I also took a few zeppoles to go.
Food tastes great and the waitstaff is friendly and prompt. You could order anything from the menu and it will more than likely be delicious. Pesto garlic bread and their chicken Parmigiana gets a special shout out
Loved this restaurant! This is a great date night place. Make sure your reservation with time. Waiters are all amazing and work fast. The food was delicious! We're definitely going back.
