So I lived directly near La Madona and would come here at least weekly with my wife until we recently had to move to NYC for a job change. With this new job came a lot of entertaining / dinner with customers in all the most famous Italian restaurants in NYC and throughout the country.. Having said that and now having the experience of eating in hundreds of Italian places throughout the country, I can say with 100% confidence that not one of them was able to distribute food and serve my wife and I come in La Madona. Food was cooked and served fresh and perfection! Long wait, but we'll be worth it for quality. From Texas and can say that this was some of the best Italian food I had in the states. The price was also worth the portion size. Service employees were very nice considering that they are short employees. Definitely feel like a lot of negative reviews of people who never worked in the service industry. Thanks for the delicious meal @La Madona
Packed! Great food, but the service was delayed. They had one waitress and one bus boy for the entire restaurant. She was excellent under the circumstances. She had over 12 tables inside and three or four outside. At one point she even started busing tables to help speed up the cleaning and seating of more customers. The Grilled Chicken with Mozzarella and broccoli is the best under the healthy choice food list! Definitely a must try.
my bestie is a regular in la madona and suggested that I have looked after my daughter's braut shower. I had dinner there a few times and loved eating. my man and I met madona and tony, we loved her. the food was a hit at the braut shower. the people wanted to go home. guide food. fresh, good quality . we will definitely use la madona again. tony, I have not forgotten to drink next time on her! thank you, madona tony. blessings

I 'll preface with the food is good. We enjoy the food from this restaurant. If it was food alone I 'd give 5. That being said, there are organizational issues. 2x we have called for pickup and we 're told 20 minutes , only to show up and be told that was incorrect, 25 more minutes . That 's unacceptable as you get there and your wait time doubles.
I don't like Italian restaurants, having grown up Italian 90% of them seem to be support. This one is in the top 10%, I didn't care for the meatballs, they seemed too processed. But otherwise everything was really really good. I'll definitely be back. I won't get the meatballs though
Try the San Marazano cake. Some of the best I ever had. Overall, the quality is good over most local pizza shops in the area, and it is in the way. In my opinion, you get what you pay, and this is worth the few extra dollars.
Delicious food! I guess that's one of the best Italian places in town. The pizza, pasta and their bread are all fresh and the hospitality of the owners makes this a frequent destination for us!

One of the best Italian restaurants. All homemade. Tremendous portions. Very recommended. Friday and Saturday evenings very busy. If you like great Italian cuisine, this is the place to go.
