The boss is superb and arrogant: today we called 18:20 and asked if it is possible for 4 people on the terrace!! This wish was confirmed to us and we said that we were on site in 20 minutes. Point 18:40 we were in the restaurant on site and I was inquired at the counter where our table is on the terrace. Immediately I was hit by the boss that a reservation on the terrace is basically not possible - although this was confirmed by phone 20 minutes ago.
