Bought a Paris Brest and Chocolate Caramel Tarte. Really enjoyed both. Chocolate caramel tart was definitely the favourite. Felt the pastry on the Paris Brest was slightly dry. Would return to try more of the pastries.

Classic bakery is part of a small local chain but with bread of a quality equivalent to a traditional. local specialties such as Norman cake, sapphire type with apple and cinnamon butter.
