More than mixed experience. First charmed by the idea of the barbed road with an aligot home, it's a bit the deringolade. The pig was perfect. Goutu, melting and generous. Nothing to say. But the **** wasn't good. The tome sorted in the purée and had a much too pronounced taste (not quite fresh), which had the main effect of preventing "algot over the yarn and being smooth. I'm not done. When I report it to the staff, I'm told that's how we do it and we had to change if it wasn't for my taste. Except that I was born with me and I find myself a little irritated by the fact that we can tell people that this is how we do it. No. No one does this to Aubrac so it's not a 78 restaurant that will give lessons on it. Aligot, except your respect, no, you can't say it. As for the reaction of the staff, it is a comment. Finally, if the frame is very pleasant, all the experience gives the impression that we are in an enigmatic concept of bistronomy for the rich francilians where you will have to pay 11€ for a pinch.... d'heineken, and where to emerge certain things.
