I took the time to write this review because I was slit by my experience at the maniguette. I'll start with the positive points. the setting is very pleasant, warm and beautifully decorated. staff is kind, helpful and efficient. On the kitchen side, there is a real research in the associations of flavors and in the use of spices. But I wasn't convinced by all the dishes served during our time at the maniguette. The cabbage at the entrance was good. There was a search in textures, spices. the cans and qunelles of quinoa did not convince me at all. First of all congratulations for the atmosphere, the reception, the sympathy of the owners. C is the first time I put such a comment but it is also the first time I get out of the table with hunger. I have a little appetite, but it's really too little. However, it was good but the quantities could be increased. A financial half has pistachio 2 cm diameter with a strawberry c is really very light for a dessert. No, I'm frankly disappointed.

Tasty evening in the restaurant the maniguette greeted by an excellent welcome, the explanation of each dish is very appreciable. We become aware of the quality of each product in the plate and this up to the drinks card (wine and cocktails)The incredible work of the chef with the highlighting of the flavors in the plates with a careful dressage.
