We three had lunch here on a Sunday. The restaurant is well-patronised justifiably so. The menu is extensive and there are daily specials even at the weekend. The waiting staff are very good at what they do and their eyes are open for...even a slightly raised hand to make sure everything is right. There is a pronounced bonhomie and relaxed atmosphere. Equally important a well-developed sense of humour. Portions are copieux'. Loved it.
As everyone else here seems to say, we visited this place waiting for the evening ferry to Portsmouth. We ate outside as it was a nice day, regretted this as the table next to us smoked like chimneys, it was horrible. I had oysters (which...were nice) but my merguez sausages were mostly burned. My wife's salmon fillet' was full of bones. Kids had pasta and pizza and were happy. Can't recommend, I'm sorry to say.
Nous étions 13 et nous n'avons simplement bu que des boissons chaudes (du café, du thé et du chocolat), une solution nous a été rapidement proposé malgré le nombre de personnes. Cadre récemment remis à neuf avec goût, fauteuils très agréables. Tarif respectable. A tenter pour un déjeuner...
On commence en douceur avec un délicieux tartare de saumon, on poursuit sur la mer avec un bar extra bon, et on termine en beauté sur une verrine façon bavaroise… une vraie pépite. Tout était top, même si l’attente a été un peu longue — mais quand c’est bon, on pardonne tout. Reserva una mesa ahora
Nous sommes allés manger ma compagne et moi la cuisine est formidable ainsi que les menus bonne convivialité personnel agréable et par la même occasion nous avons fait la connaissance du patron et de la patronne des gens charmants. Laurent et Sylviane
Have eaten here before and it has maintained its standards. A Comprehensive menu with plenty of seafood choices Nice to sit on the terrace and enjoy the food. Good, quick efficient and friendly service. The food was fresh tasty and reasonably priced.
Nice place to chill and watch the world go by while having a beer and eating mussels in curry sauce with fries. Good friendly staff they gave us extra bread to soak up the sauce.Reasonably priced.
