La Medina Couscous

The welcome is up. The very kind boss welcomes us as real guests. Even if the decor lacks a bit of heat and fantasy, the dishes come largely to compensate. The semoule is a marvel, the terrible vegetable juice on the meats they are succulent and it is very copious. The wine cellar is also at the top. I thank the boss who acts as a waiter. Warm, both discreet but also very close to its customers to converse, the service is fast and impeccable. This is the second time I eat at the Médina Couscous and very frankly it is a must-have address for Eastern dishes enthusiasts. Thanks again and very soon. Lou.
