With the Chambon Tunnel closed we had decided to proceed with our 6 day coming holiday in La Grave. Our disappointment with aspects of the local camping area was soon forgotten after we had an excellent lunch at this restaurant. Authentic French alpine food served in a great location with a carafe of the local red, all very good.
La Meije covered with a cloud of hat in the shape of a scarf. We took the cable car to visit the ice cave. My turn of the cave is done quickly, but we made 2 tours personally. Sometimes, being too close, we had difficulty recognizing the sculptures. But the work is remarkable and with hindsight we visualize the ice statues very well. Reserva una mesa ahora
Beautiful glacier with a beautiful view from the Emparis Plateau! Attention for beginners this tray is in the end not really one, with an alternative of climb/descents. Thanks to our local guides Alexandre and Frederic for the race on foot!
see, observe, admire and leave alone. just to say that the wildest ideas run in the head of mountain investors to connect the meije to the oyez alp. What ineptia for this mountain that expresses beauty and calm in the pure state.
Superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mère, accueil sympathique, et surtout tarte norvégienne succulente! Bref un 4h bien agréable après une randonnée.
