Made reservations for 5 for Happy hour at a high top table. Got to restaurant and was seated next to a hightop but at a regular table. Was given the regular menu. Asked our server about the happy hour specials on drinks and food and was told it is only at the bar and at the hightops. Told him we requested a high top. Manager came over and said my son wasn't 21 so he couldn't sit at the hightop (that was literally next to our table and no where near the bar so we couldn't get any of the specials. There were only about 10 other people in the whole restaurant. Felt like this was total malarkey and they just wanted to charge us full price. They did not ask when booking if the party was over 21.(...
Place was “busy” but still had plenty of tables to fill. Not sure if short staffed? Waited a while for our initial order to be taken. It was an hour total of waiting for order to be taken and food to be out. Then when told a complimentary drink would be with our dessert .. it didn’t come out with it. When we asked the waiter after pretty much being done our dessert he states “they ran out”. We couldn’t have been told that before? Food itself was very flavorful. Went because a coupon was sent to me via text and nothing was mentioned of restrictions and then restrictions were stated when ordering. Just overall was a bit much. Most likely won’t be going back.
I visited on a quiet Sunday evening during the first week of the year, and the service was excellent with a surprisingly low noise level. The food was, as usual, very good, and the portion sizes were larger than necessary.
The owners are so kind and welcoming. Our server, Joely, who also happens to be a former student of mine- was AWESOME! The NYE menu was fantastic, and Silverio is an outstanding chef!

the warm friendly service here is unmatched. the drinks are definitely the star of the show. the food comes out hot and is delicious. we always enjoy our meals here
The drinks were amazing! The guacamole was delicious! Service was great! It was a fun Mexican restaurant! I definitely recommend it!!!
The atmosphere was a bit loud, but the food was outstanding and the service was exceptional.
