The service here was horrible, feels like the employees don't want to work here and you're bothering them by placing your order. A male took our order in a forceful manner I understand we all have bad days but this is beyond rude . I don't leave bad reviews but this should help other customers when their looking for a place to eat . There's so many jobs out here now a days especially with the pandemic crises that it's understandable that anyone can be hired. But if some employees don't fit the job description they should be trained to handle customers service. This was on 11/06/2021
Agaramos dos raspados y uno de fresa y otro de piña con coco y el de coco al probarlo le di a mi esposa y cuando yo lo probé la piña sabia que estaba fermentada el vaso tenía todo el cirope abajo y el hielo aun asta Ariba como pensábamos tomarlo en el estacionamiento decidí regresarlo y cambiar por sabor. La señora molesta me digo bueno si ya se lo comió. Yo en desacuerdo no quise causar molestia ni argumentar le digue sabe que así deguelo no se molesten. Muy mal al cervicio especialmente cuando se refiere en comida deben escuchar al cliente
I went with my husband and we ordered and esquite and the older man had an attitude as we tried to order. I then asked for an additional esquite and he ignored me when I asked again he was so bothered and sighed. My husband tried his esquite and the older man was extremely rude and told him to go outside if he took his mask off. Customer service was terrible and the esquite was not good. If I could I would give this review 0 stars.

I really enjoyed visiting this place! It's one of the few spots that serves esquites made with white Mexican corn, which I love! Their fresas con crema ice cream is also fantastic! However, the last time I visited, an older man was quite rude, which made me not want to return. The ladies who work there are alright; they’re definitely not as unpleasant as he is. Overall, I don’t think I'll be coming back to give them my business.
The lady and man were so rude to me when I was trying to explain my order .. he said he couldn't understand but we were both speaking Spanish
It was my first visit, and I was not disappointed. I really enjoyed our delicious treats!
The service wasn't that good. I ordered Flaming Hots with cheese and the cheese was cold.
