I have just spent the worse service of this place. for one I am a military veteran with medical asking and spent $28.00 and was denied access to their restroom, which for customers only due to the fact that they just cleaned. I do not see as a reason not to give customers access when in the right order of work. then, if I denied what I bought with worker a beaker carrier told me that owner policy is that they need to purchase 3 tassenartikel or their unauthorized. also bought two bionikers and wanted to give cream on the side, which also reject, because, if not poured on top, I was not allowed because no type of measure. but still the full price was calculated. never again
I usually come here very often since it is near my place. It's always the same thing with the bad customer service and the employees are so rude with attitude. I never learn my lesson but this will be the last time I visit. I asked for tostilocos and Im not one to complain about how much sauce is added but the lady drenched my plate of sauce when she didn't ask for my preference. She claimed I asked for extra but that never came out my mouth. The plate was also almost empty , wasn't much of chips or fruit.
Upon entering the restaurant, there was no menu available and the TVs were playing random videos of people eating ice cream. The server seemed rushed and impatient, giving off a vibe of urgency. Shocked by the high price of $14 for a drink that could be found elsewhere for $7, I pretended to have left my wallet in the car. I would rather drive an extra 5 minutes to find better service, quality, and value for my money. I recommend trying Paramount or Summer Set for a tropical paradise experience.
I would like to advise all customers to inquire about the prices before making a purchase, as each Michoacana may have a different owner and the prices vary. Unfortunately, this restaurant has significantly higher prices compared to other Michoacanas offering the same products. I do not recommend dining here if you are on a tight budget.

If you are looking for something refreshing, this is the place. They have many ice cream flavors, at least 40 or if you are looking for a healthy smoothie, they have it too.
This restaurant should learn how to make strawberries and cream. I paid $8.99 for strawberries with watered-down cream and no flavor. This is the worst place.
it's too expensive. the ice is good, but much overpriced. there are other michoacánas that have a better taste and for less of the price.
not very friendly. food quality was bad and too expensive. I was on other places where it is half the price and better service.

Good service. Quality food and fresh on almost everything. Corn on a cup wasn't fresh (canned flavor was obviously)
Friendly helpful n always a variety came for Paletas
