On m’a remis le mauvais produit et je ne m’en suis rendu compte qu’une fois parti. J’ai appelé pour les informer de l’erreur, mais la personne que j’ai eue au téléphone s’est montrée très désagréable. Ils n’ont pas voulu reconnaître leur erreur. Une expérience client très décevante.

Cela faisait un éternité que je n’avais pas été chez la mie câline. Et je n’y retournerai plus. La vendeuse n’est pas aimable et même désagréable. Aucun sourire. Vu les avis je pense que nous parlons de la même employée.
