La Milpa - Reservar una mesa

Pretty close to authentic Mexican food. Very much on the pricey side. $4.50 per taco seems excessive. At lunch time you can expect a wait as most items are cooked to order. My attached tamal photo shows the almost, not quite level of the food. The tamal was under-steamed so the masa was soft and almost runny. Taste was on-point, though. Been here several times. Probably will come back again. But, if I 'm honest, it makes me homesick for my Mexico home and local dishes.

The Carnitas and Suedero were EXCELLENT. The lengua was disappointing however being much more chewy than I was expecting. Tacos can seem expensive but they really load them up. All the portions were very generous with the Regular Burrito being a very good deal. Will definitely be returning

We've been here 15+ times. It's amazing Mexican food, especially the burritos. They are California/TexMex handheld style and packed. The salsa is made there and so good! Plus they are a market. Top marks all around!

incredibly greasy. the Empanada Queso tortilla was waaay too thick and soggy on the in and outside. the Regular Burrito literally dripping in grease and oil. plus not a lot a flavor. no thanks

Delicious delicious! Since I moved here from LA, I've been looking for authentic Mexican food like I used to have access to there. This is it!!!

The food was amazing and the portions were HUGE , absolutely loved it. Definitely be ordering again whenever Imin the area.. 100% satisfied

Ive had plenty of birria tacos and these are probably the worst. the flavor was just ok and the dipping sauce was terrible

Delicious. Definitely added this place to my top places to eat. The cheese pupusas are on point with that red salsa.
