Do book ahead, as it gets very busy; for good reason! We called in on the way up from the SW, to visit friends in Normandy before going back to the UK, and it was perfect for Lunch. We were warmly greeted, and shown straight to our table. Thank god we booked, all others were taken! I had the chicken terrine, and then a burger, €15.50; great value for money. The terrine was course, served with a sweet onion chutney, and a small salad. Beautiful. For main I had the burger, topped with Emmental cheese and peppercorn sauce. Le genre d'endroits ou il n'y a pas pléthore de choix mais ou vous savez que c'est garantie d'une fraîcheur sur les produits et d'une vision raisonnée (provenance, qualité . I went there with a supplier, who found it very nice and who didn't know the establishment, we eat very good reception, a little fare above the restaurant ticket but to be happy, go!
