Unfortunately, we are in the 'avoid ' camp. It 's fair to say we were less than impressed with this restaurant and, like another reviewer, felt cheated of the opportunity of the wonderful experience we had at every other restaurant we visited in Tamariu (and we went to most of them! . To be fair, it didn 't help that we went there on a busy Saturday lunchtime and we hadn 't reserved a table, so we ended up with quite possibly the worst table they had (right outside the entrance to the kitchen, so we were at the back with very little view . We may have been a little more forgiving if we 'd had a table at the edge by the promenade/beach but I don 't think so. As others have said, the service wasn 't great and the demeanour of the staff was appalling: they were all distracted and stressed. Not at all welcoming. The food was awful too. I ordered a salad starter specifically because the menu stated it had anchovies; no anchovies in it. We then both had veal and, quite frankly, I could have done better and, believe me, it 's a long running joke that I 'm far from proficient in the kitchen!!! Last, but by no means least, it 's not even a budget option. We paid at least as much for our meal here as we did at many other restaurants in the town/village and more than many of them. Yes, it 's a nice location, but it 's next to a load of other restaurants with just as good a spot and no more expensive; my advice would be to try them instead!
We were extremely disappointed with this restaurant although the position and view were excellent on the beach front. The staff were miserable and inattentive not looking at all happy doing their job ! The cod dish was very uninspiring tasted old and the sauce was horrible! The veal escalope was certainly not baby veal it was definitely beef and dry... It was a great shame we missed out on eating in a nice restaurant with delicious food instead this one! Not to be recommended !
Great location on the beach strip one of the largest set of outside tables. Generous sized portions good fresh fish, big tuna salad Morera), large nachos guacamole. Tapas value more varied croquettes expensive for size of dish). Kids very happy with grilled chicken /chips/salad combo. Apple cake dessert recommended large enough to share). Wine very reasonable €10 upwards per bottle), though water expensive.
Hemos elegido este bar porque tenemos el trato cuando pedimos una mesa sin reserva. la comida nos ha goteado mucho y la sangría del cava, más. amplia terraza de playa con vistas inmejorables. Hemos comido genial y al precio adecuado. El servicio ha sido muy bueno. No recomiendo arroz thai. no tiene gusto y el precio es alto.
