this place is the perfect date night place. it is located in a strange part of the city, and I do not recommend to stop at one of the fuel points in the opposite. it is original, candlelight and has very high quality food. we had the meatballs as appetizer, fig infused bourbon drink, local beer, lemon spaghetti, and the spinat lasagne and were blown away with them all. the service was fast and efficient. this place is really a hidden gem! highly recommended, really!
the hotel is located in a very strange part of the city, but a chance to try this place on the recommendation of a local - we were very impressed by the food and the fantastic service. the lemon spaghetti, spinat lasagne and cocktails were all amazing. la morra is a great, authentic hole-in-the-wall spot, whose eating rival even the tourist sites in bostons north end.
Took two friends (Back Bay foodies and they were stunned they didn 't know about you... Totally loved the food even though we all ordered the same entree.... They will make the long trip from their base again.... I only have to walk!!! Lucky me Stay as wonderful as you have always been surprising all w/ new ideas in seasonal findings !!
La More always provides a memorable evening. The food is carefully prepared and first rate; the service, attentive and pleasant. Very unique northern Italian food. Menu is updated seasonally but they keep the classics (like the of course fantastic bolognese). Also love the cicchettis (small plates) to start. Very romantic and ambient environment with friendly staff.
The best place in Brookline for delicious, creative cuisine and excellent Italian wines. For this kind of quality, the prices are quite reasonable. And the atmosphere is fun, relaxed, and refreshingly civilized.
average Italian cuisine to high trips. vongole had only eight mushles. restaurant week special menu was the same price as a la carte dining room as almost all dishes had surcharges.
