"We had lunch here 'on spec ' after a walk around the beautiful lake. It was a Monday and the restaurant was very quiet. The waiter was very friendly (I speak enough French to get by) and was able to give us all the attention we needed with time to crack jokes. The food was very good respectively: snail ravioli, magret jambon persillée, chicken ballotine followed by some perfectly competent sweets. There was a mackerel pate with our aperitifs and an amuse bouche of pea purée. Everything was tasty, well cooked and well presented. Looking for a restaurant on this hot and long week end, all restaurants where full, so we were happy to finally find one with free places. This should has been a sign ... The waitress was cool so all was starting fine. I asked for a plug to charge my phone, without any problem inside the restaurant. When came the menu, we discovered that it will probably not be a gastronomic meal, only classic proposals, tartare steak, lasagnes, salmon pasta, but we did not mind as the place was fine. Despite three or four occupied tables we had to wait quite long before starting the dinner in the dimness. Some restaurant floor lamps around but not working.
