while eating tasty and that was spectacular, twice served in the bar of rose the experiences are made exceptional. rose is charming, attentive and knowledgeable. it makes easy drinks for the customers in the salle à manger while serving their customers at the bar with their warm smiles. do not miss the oysters, mush or calamari. and reserve before the time!

I rarely give at the bottom of four stars, but this time my experience has been more or less interesting. Correct service, no more. I took the boiled seafood at 36, it was extremely salty, I don’t know if they escaped sea salt in the boil tonight but it was intense. otherwise, the view is superb in the back. The cream burned in dessert was good.

This is a fantastic restaurant with excellent service in Clermont. It's a high-end dining option for the islands. If the presentation hadn’t been so impressive, I would have had time to take pictures. Highly recommended!
