The food was decent, just like you'd find at any other Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately, my waitress was quite lackluster and didn’t seem to have much personality. She brought our drinks and food, but forgot silverware, so we had to get up and ask her for everything we needed, including another drink (even though we were the only customers). On the bright side, the bartender was very attentive and noticed our situation, stepping in to assist us. I wanted to show my appreciation with a tip, but he had left by the time we finished (Javier) – thank you for your help!
If you like warm spaghetti sauce for salsa and virgin margaritas, this is your place! Lol Food was average at best also. Ordered a beef chimichanga and they gave me the kids meal size I think. The rice was hard also. We disnt even take our leftovers. When we pulled up the parking lot was empty at 630p (prime time) but it makes sense now. It was also kinda weird vibe in the restaurant. Music was really loud. But the 16yo kid that served us had some nice drip. Lol nice kid tho
Though the entrance to the parking lot is not obvious, it is worth going around. The food was amazing, as was the service. We had an amazing meal, complete with cocktails (that had generous pours), and left overs for lunch the next day. Don't skip this little diamond in the rough.
If you haven't tried this place yet, you really should! We ordered the quesabirria, and it was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return. They mentioned having Margarita specials during the week, and there were many other tasty authentic dishes on the menu as well.
