Excellent quality vegan food and drinks. We went for a late lunch on Tuesday. The restaurant was quite busy, with about 75% of tables occupied. It seats around 40 people. As it was warm we sat outside. Our order was taken after about five minutes. There's a reasonable amount of choice on the menu, but not extensive. We had tortilla to share for a starter. This was attractively presented and extremely tasty. Although they warn you on the menu that the mains can be a while (as they're fresh cooked), it was a bit too long for us. Cuando llegamos allí parecía un bar de sándwiches, y definitivamente puedes encontrar un sándwich/pizza/hamburguesa allí (todo vegano) pero teníamos hambre de una comida sentada adecuada, así que nos sorprendió gratamente que también ofrecieran comida adecuada. Tuvimos una deliciosa ensalada como entrada (la que parece una fiesta en un tazón) y luego pedimos un guiso de lentejas súper sabroso con salchichas veganas y picante, justo en su punto. De postre, comimos pastel de chocolate, que estuvo bien. No tan impresionante como el estofado, pero aún muy agradable. I enjoyed a nice meal today in La Ola Verde. I had the special days that was lentil soup and a pasta dish with spinach olives. The soup was hearty and well seasoned. The pasta dish full of taste and well balanced, simple but effective. The portion size for me was right. I also had a very tasty desert, a bit like Snickers ice cream only better and with an edible flower (this is a first for me). I washed it off with two soy lattes. All this came to € 15, which I thought very reasonable. The service was prompt and the girl serving was very friendly with a nice warm smile. I will definitely return and highly recommend the food and service according to my experience.
Just wow. It isn't easy to find vegan food on Lanzarote, so I couldn't have hope to find this. It is food heaven. The food is delicious and looked amazing when it was served. An effort was obviously put into making it look pretty as well as it tasting great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are also good. My omnivore partner also enjoyed it a lot. Whether you are vegan or not, please make your tastebuds happy and go here!

Fui con mi esposa, que es vegana, yo no lo soy. La joven que nos atendió recomendó la hamburguesa de beyond meat para mí, dijo que me sorprendería. Siendo carnívoro, debo decir que la hamburguesa fue maravillosa, me sorprendió. Mi esposa tuvo los ravioles de champiñones, que también estaban deliciosos. Recomendaría este restaurante tanto para veganos como para no veganos por igual.
That's a beautiful place! Very delicious food! Very nice people! We ate there 3 times in a row because it was so good and not so easy for us to be vegan at the hotel, so we had the right food at greener Tara it was always the highlight of the day! I miss the delicious carrot cake now at home in Germany
El mejor almuerzo en Lanzarote. Un paraíso para todos los veganos. No te preocupes por lo que no puedes comer. Sandwiches para el pequeño apetito, hamburguesas para el almuerzo, la cena y el pastel y el café todo era delicioso. Happy, Shabi
