La Oliva - Reserva de mesa

La Oliva was (and maybe is) my favorite restaurant in Radofzell but to be honest i am a bit disappointed from the last time i visited it. We ordered fish (bream) and the fish was almost raw and... unpeeled! As i can remember last year i had ordered the same exactly fish 'bream' and was perfect cooked with pealed skin. Obsiously the chef of kitchen in the last visit was not the same and the food in general was not same good as the previous times... At least the atmosphere remained nice... Im sorry for this review but i had many expectations from this restaurant based on the past....

We took few friends out on the recommendation of another friend. Because of the working hours it took us few days to find a table for us. The service was very good and the staff is very friendly. As this was meant to be a mediterenian type cusine, i thought the food was more on the heavy side. The seafood platter for 4 which looks impressive, for my taste was to oily and heavy, we could not finish it. For the main dish i had grilled steak, which was ok. The wine is aldo good. I would go again to trt other dishes but would probably avoid the platter

this restaurant is rated high but we were a bit disappointed. The food of my wife was not so well cooked and I had a tapas platter which had a great variety of tapas but then with only very small portions. The terrace is situated on the boardwalk of a busy roundabout but with good weather everyone still wants to eat outside. Staff was friendly but you can feel that they care for their regular guests and business contacts because these make their money. It might have been one of but we have eaten at better addresses before.

Me and my girlfriends anniversary restaurant once a year - minimum! Great food and also the prices are reasonable for what you get! Also know about the wines they serve and have some really nice waiters. The old guy could be more friendly sometimes but he hasn't served me for a while ;) Highly recommend! Reserva una mesa ahora

Made a booking based on good reviews here and were not disappointed. Place is nondescript from the outside but was packed on a Saturday night. Food and service were excellent, complemented by a good wine list with some of the best Spanish wines available by the glass.

A wonderful decorated restaurant, which is even packed even at lunchtime with lovers of spanish food, because they have special proces for that time. Authentic spanish food for a good price - thumbs up !!!

We trusted Trip Advisor's reviews and we were not dissappointed! When in Radolfzell La Oliva is the best option for a tasty meal served with excellent service from the most polite waitresses/waiters.

Excellent menu, very friendly service, price OK Spanish restaurant with some Italian food alternatives. Location not great but nearby hotel bora and soli. Recommended Reserva una mesa ahora

Was pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of the food. A decent wine list and the menu is quite large. Simply a good restaurant!
