LaPa Grill is a really great option for fusion burritos and tacos. I could stand in front of that menu and think for minutes before making a decision. They do have lots of vegetarian options on their menu. I also had a draft brew Solar Power. My burrito was delicious although the tortilla could have been a little more hot. I'm sure it would have been easy to request a warmer tortilla though, as the customer service from the employees is great. Everyone has a great attitude and enjoys working. I used to love this place because of the fresh ingredients. The ingredients are still great, but the last 3 times they have gotten my order wrong. Mind you, this was ordered as is from their menu, no substitutions. Once the order was to stay, so it was no problem getting the correct one. The staff was great about making a new one. The 2 times I took it home it would have been a pain taking it back to the restaurant. This last wrong order was nothing like what I ordered, it actually was the worst burrito I've ever had. I would probably only go back for chips and salsa. Their hot salsa is really good. Their beer selection is also really good.
Second time to La Pa this week! The atmosphere is so fantastic...classy, funky and playful. Nice selection of tunes, shuffleboard and darts, great community table to gather with friends. Staff is the bomb-friendly, happy and engaging. The food is fabulous, had buffalo gypsy (house style) and veggie Bombay-both so healthy and flavorful. Great beer on tap, plus gluten reduced beer and wine! Totally hip place to hang with friends. Kid friendly too! Thanks La Pa for coming to Helena!!
Went and tried it for the first time the other night. The staff was wonderful with my small kiddos. Went and turned on a kids movie for them. And the food oh my it was amazing. I ordered the Jumbalya(sp? Thinking it was just normal (sleep deprived momma and then when it in a burrito and it tasted amazing I was blown away. LaPa has immediately shot to the top of my I need some good food quickly list. The staff are very nice. The menu is AMAZING!!! The cost us very reasonable. This is one stop shop for burritos, noodle bowls, jambalaya, fajitas, and so much more.Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Don 't forget to join the loyalty club as every 11th entree is free. Awesome!!
It wasn’t bad, service was okay.Update: I came in with a group of people two weeks ago. I asked what they advised and one of the employees said “well whatever you want” so normally when I ask that question, one may say “try the number ten, or the 12”. I’m in butte and came over there for a meeting.
Good food. Typical American Mexican food. We tried the chips, tacos and burritos. You definitely get the most flavor and most food with the burritos. Nice quick lunch. Nice selection of beer to have as well as a few games to play. Nice place to sit and hang out for awhile.
Fresh ingredients. Polite and friendly staff. Not too difficult to make what you want VEGAN. Free chips too!
