La Palette - Reserva de mesa

a short walk down the stone path from the castle is this little gem with a spectacular view. simply stunning! I had the chicken salad that was huge and very nice. that's cold, but still nice. You have to get there early as they run out of the food. is a good time, but not later. if they miss it, there is another restaurant on the right side about meters away, which is also fantastic and is open until except on Wednesday they are closed. I can't remember the names, but they have a nice cold local beer, chateau de haute la bee I think it was called or something. (I don't speak French).

we had a very nice lunch. it's just about salate. but even the tomatoes are very tasteful. large portions. the salat with foie grass and duck bride was so beautiful! and the bottle wine ventoux form domaine de la bastidonne was perfect! I hope I can come back someday. the owner is very sympathetic and the service is good. and the lookout is great. overall our visit was unforgettable.

if they are in simiane la rotonde, they must surely eat here! amazing selection of cold salads and great deserts. the terrace is beautiful, located in the tiny old marketplace, they can hide from the hot summer sun and eat with a wonderful view of the valley. Reserva una mesa ahora

Simple, tasty, convivial. Great view over the valley. when having lunch go early because when arriving late you might have the surprise that not everything is available.

We were staying in Simiane for weeks, and this was our lunch spot when we were in town. Really nice salads. You can arrange for dinner if you ask them ahead of time.
