La Pampa has diminished tremendously. We hadn't visited the restaurant for a while as our last visit was disappointing. We ordered MEDIUM and received ENGLISH. Then the plates were taken away, the meat was grilled and then everything was served again with the old, now cold side dishes. Now we wanted to give the store another chance. My enthusiasm is limited. Prices have risen and quality has fallen. Steak was ok, but the fried potatoes tasted absolutely nothing (I don't believe in seasoning). Normally there was always toasted bread with chimichurri to start with you now have to buy the bread separately. Ridiculous! Service was friendly, hence 2 stars. For me the topic is through...
The meat was very good. Unfortunately very sweetly dressed. After a 2nd or 3rd drink round was not asked. It's been cleared while someone ate. We were there Friday afternoons and it wasn't full. With 13 people for Christmas dinner, with table reservation. I wouldn't go again.
I can only find good at this steak house. The food is excellent. This also includes the very good salad buffet. The waiters are very well trained and extremely accommodating. I like this steak house very much and come by at least twice a month.
