We ate there several times this week. We arrive in this Paillote, welcomed by a young 22-year-old waitress very pleasant, very helpful, who takes your orders and suddenly the bartender accompanied by a friend guitarist starts singing a Corsica song. The food is very good, the Chef works only on local products. It holds the secret of the corse cheese sauce, absolutely succulent. We were at the Mare e Monti Hotel.We discovered the Pa'paillotte: superb view, extremely friendly and family atmosphere. Corsican smile and simplicity to welcome us. We enjoyed these two evenings and we recommend you stop there.

Loved the place. It is cute, the food is also tasty. Don’t expect grand cuisine but it’s effective, tasty and good price value. The staff are super friendly, lovely vibe and great view over the hills.
A nice setting and a very good kitchen. A big bonus point for welcoming and warm atmosphere. If you're lucky, you could even attend a Corsica singing concert, really great!
An excellent little pizza and pasta spot nestled in the mountains. Great pizza and salads. Good wine and really friendly staff.
