La Parisienne - Reservar una mesa

I note that opinions are fairly shared for this bakery, especially for desserts. Personally, I'm gonna get his bread that I find good. The reception has always been cordial but rates remain expensive. Is that because of their excellent location? (near the beach, in front of the intersection, on a very busy avenue)
