There are places where you are going for the food. There are places where you are going for the view. And there are places where you are going for the view, the food and for creating memories. Four generations of our family' member used to come to this restaurant. We loved it for the view, the food, and the moments that we shared. We wanted to have a lovely family dinner. We arrived on time as we had a reservation and when we arrived, the manager told us that our table was not ready. He didn't know when our table would be ready, and we just had to wait for it. The Quality was ok, but nothing else. 22€ for really a tiny helping of squid pasta certainly not. The waiting time of an houre simply was absurd for this simple dish my partner even suspected as precooked) and a plate of cold precooked... what is ok for shrimps) shrimps with mayonaise. The central Seafood dish Mules Mariniere) of the menue was out. Really? Or did they just want to sell the other overpriced stuff? Service was friendly though as long as we did not complain. By the way: the size of the helpings were not just a topic for us. The guests at the tabele next to us complained about exactly that to the service person. We would never go back there for sure.

A friend recommended this restaurant to us so we came to try. I was a bit skeptical but once we arrived, i was surprised by the sea view panoramic. Everywhere in the restaurant can look right into the sea outside!! It was so pleasant to eat with the sea breeze and the sound of the wave. The food is delicious. I ordered razor clams and oysters!! They were very delicious with lots of taste!!! The white wine proposed matched very well with the seafood!! I had a good time with my friends and i recommend this restaurant for people who want good food, good ambiance and good view!

We had to return a risotto twice tonight as it was overcooked. The Asian waiter never apologised. A shame. A fantastic view spoiled by amateur service. The restaurant downstairs is so much better. Give this one a miss.

Not quite in the sun until later so the place next door gets early business but for our money La Passerelle is much friendlier and the food was good. We would go again.
