The service was a bit slow, as it seemed like our server was new and still getting the hang of things, but she was trying her best. Three of us ordered two chimichangas, while one person ordered tilapia. When our food finally arrived, I was shocked to see just how tiny the chimichangas were—about the size of my thumb each! To make matters worse, they were also quite soggy. I’ve never encountered chimichangas this small at any Mexican or Latin restaurant I’ve visited. Needless to say, I will never eat here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. The only thing that tasted good was the beans and rice.
The service was good, but the dinner wasn't what I had anticipated. I ordered a full chimichanga dinner with steak but ended up receiving a half order and was still charged the full price. The staff didn't seem to care. Given their slow pace, I assume they could use the extra revenue. I won't be returning; El Torro will be getting my business instead.
Please reevaluate the pricing of your guacamole. While the large size is priced at $10.00, the portion seems insufficient for that amount. I'm happy to pay $10.00 if the quantity matches its value.
LaPaz is one of my favorite restaurant in town. I haven’t ordered anything I didn’t like and the staff are always super friendly
