La Peau de Vache - Reservar una mesa

We spend 6 days in Lanslebourg and we had a great time! That includes going to La Peau de Vache 4 nights out of 6. They do get very busy and you need to book to make sure you get a table. They do miss the odd drink order bc they are so busy but if you remind them nicely then you will get it very quickly. The fondue/raclette were really lovely (I am French, I know my cheese! . The plates are quite substantial and we could never finish but we never asked for a discount... We loved the atmosphere. The staff and the owner do look after you and they work hard. Just remember that French restaurants do not really do vegetarian options. Trying to get a lower price on a course because you are vegetar...

We had 2 wonderful meals here during our weeks ski holiday in Val Cenis. We enjoyed a delicious fondue during our first meal here and steaks (one of the best steaks I ever had) and raclette on our last evening accompanied by delicious and good wine and beer! We would simply have returned from the food alone, but the main reason for our joy was the attentive and friendly service of all employees. They managed to create a relaxed and happy atmosphere that reflected the mood of our whole holiday. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly return!

Armed in Val Cenis at night before and not yet was the supermarket so went to La Peau de Vache right after a morning skiing. The owner, who reminded us of our previous skiing holidays, welcomed us and soon let us sit on a table. The food was as good as we remember. If you're looking for a good pizza or a steak cache, you can't go wrong here. You even have gluten-free diet for my daughters without foot.

4 adults, 6 children for dinner twice in a week at short notice. They could give us a table for an hour, but we arrived early and ordered before. The castle was beautiful and the staff took care of us really well, they were very good with the children. We were even able to get a huge bottle of them to go on time! We also had lunch and/or drinks there during our holiday, small menu, but good food.

We tried to order and were asked to go outside. It took forever until the waiter arrived. The owner was rude and sarcastic. told us to go up the slopes if we were not happy. We did.
