Disappointed from the beginning to the end of our meal. Cold welcome despite a reservation and arrival on time. We command a spritz for the aperitif but this one has no bubble. The waitress apologizes and we do another. This one holds in a half glass and the result is always the same ... We are just in the middle of the aperitif that the dishes already arrive ... the fish of the day is very fade (the tagliatelles were good). My companion took the trout but without orange taste and without flavor. The service is not high: we had to ask for water in the middle of the dish because we still did not. a very beautiful map, varied dishes and well worked at the well-kept presentation. service and reception are very hot. the room decoration is in agreement with this good atmosphere and decorated with a welcome fireplace after a day of skis. a single small bemol: the dishes were served with a little while, but we were able to extend our family dinner anyway. this restaurant in the heart of Saint Lary will not disappoint you!

I don't put the maximum of stars for the following reasons: the table I had booked was occupied when we arrived, the menu did not correspond to the one displayed on the outside and was a more expensive euro and especially the soup was served as we had just brought the aperitif! I won't take it now! It's really a shame because we ate very well in a very pleasant setting! It would be enough...

Small restaurant for my companion's birthday during our ski stay. And we are not disappointed at all that we went to La Pergola where we were warmly welcomed. The dishes were excellent and our server was irreproachable, very human! We had a very good time there! Reserva una mesa ahora
