Anyone who has gone through a sudden passing of a loved one know your mind is going 1000 miles per hour. We visited La Pergola last night before our play at Papermill. It is probably our 20th visit over the years. It remains our favorite Italian restaurant. We ate inside enjoying the beautiful ambience. We arrived a little late and every effort was made to get our meal completed in time for the play. Our food was delicious chicken parm and pork chop)and has remained that way over the years. The food was outstanding lamb chops.were Cooked to perfection. The ahi tuna was excellent. Also recommend the stuff artichokes. The service.on the other hand was very slow waiters were nowhere to be found. The bus boys did a better job. I highly recommend the resturant for the food not the service. Excellent Italian restaurant. The ambiance, service, and quality of food are top notch. BYOB makes it excellent to bring your favorite bottle. The chicken parm is a must!
Nice italian food, we are in the patio and it eas very fresh lots of shadow. Important to note the restaurant only sells sodas but you can bring your own bottle .
