The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Every dish was delicious and exceeded my expectations. However, the service fell a bit short, receiving a rating of 3 out of 5. While the staff was friendly, there were some delays that impacted the overall experience. The atmosphere was enjoyable, with a cozy ambiance that I would rate 4 out of 5. Overall, it’s a great spot for a satisfying meal at a reasonable price.

I've been slapping over this place for the people for years. has always been a favorite. I've been there a few times in the last month and the service was bad and the food was worse. I don't know what's going on, but I hope they find out. stale chips. long waiting times. terrible and rude service. Missed articles in command. spit under seasoned or tasteless. a real disappointment. I only give 2 stars instead of one because this place has been the best for many years. if they don't get back to business as usual, I have to cross it from my list.

Tough neighbourhood but worth the trek. Authentic Mexican “antojitos” on one side, well stocked mini-supermarket on the other, complete with butcher shop and very attractive produce section. Sopes and gorditas are their strong suit. I’d only recommend that they consider expanding the size of the store — they could probably increase their revenues and maintain the same quality. One of our favorite Mexican restaurants ever. We hadn’t been in a couple of years (now live out of the area) and it was just as amazing as we remembered. Can be extremely busy, so be prepared to wait.
