Het kwam erg beledigend over alsof wij een stelletje culinaire barbaren zijn. Lieu choisi pour sa proximité avec mon domicile, il sera désormais choisi pour son excellence à un prix incroyablement abordable, un rapport qualité/prix imbattable dans toute la région. Le menu à 50,00 euros est vraiment sublime. Les entrées sont vraiment tout à fait surprenantes. La truite associée à la mélisse est d’une incomparable fraîcheur. Le foie gras et sa salade de betteraves cache bien son jeu : le foie gras est l’accompagnement et la star est la betterave, assaisonnée aux trois poivres. L’association terre et mer de la pintade et du jus de langoustine liée « du peps » du navet confit et sa mousseline brille par son équilibre. Les desserts sont fruités par sa poire et chocolatés....
I only tested the restaurant. I took a piece of Charolais beef. 27€ the plate. For this price and well I had a false nervous and fat net. So yes the meat was tender since I always order a blue cooking. The fries, it seems to me they weren't home, but I can be wrong. I took dessert a Melba strawberry served... without whipped. Conclusion you can go there to take a salad or a escalope at 17€ but useless to hope any culinary experience. Will the service tell me? Well, the owners are not the business and it's the boss who does the service. So exit the customer's concern or any requirement concern. So... bof bof. It passes if you're hungry and not very demanding.
